I am writing this letter as a reference for Alaska Drilling & Completions LLC (ADC), based on our experience working with their team on a remote drilling project in Alaska.
The project had been on care and maintenance for 5+ years when our team first contracted ADC in 2023. The first year posed significant challenges logistically and operationally as the project came back online. ADC management and drill teams worked closely with us between seasons to improve operations in 2024 resulting in increased drill production by 65%, reduced downtime by 85%, and greatly improved efficiency on drill moves between holes, with zero safety incidents recorded in 2024.
The crews readily adapted to our safety culture, were adaptable and responsive to our needs. Their drilling crews were organized and experienced and maintained professional communication throughout the program.
